NEBOSH National Certificate in Environmental Management

The course consists of two units:

In the two units, you will learn about Environmental Management Systems and aspect identification; Sources and use of energy and energy efficiency; Control of pollution; Planning for and dealing with environmental emergencies.

Entry Requirements: Level 2 English or equivalent. A background or previous qualification in health and safety is strongly recommended.

Assignments: None but coursework is recommended to send to ATM for comments before exams.

Exams: There is one theoretical (EC1) and one practical invigilated exam (EC2) reflecting the units above. The exam to be completed within 2 years from receiving the course.

Prison Support Requirements: Exam organisation and invigilation; exams are held four times a year

Tutor Support: Yes (12 months)
