Wedding flowers – preparation and starting from scratch, designs,posies
Silks and Drieds – dried grasses, ribbons and bases, spices, fruits and herbs
Contracts and working outside the shop – working from a brief, fresh flowers
Continental influences – preparing to enter a competition, cascade/waterfalls
Entry Requirements: Level 2 English
Assignments: 10 written assignments, one for each unit
Prison Support Requirements: Facilitate correspondence. Course can be done without physical flowers and cutting equipment, and designs can be drawn. Facilitating stationery is required if the learner has none.
