Normally this month, many of us gather at our Carol Concert to reflect on the achievements of the past twelve months.

This year that won’t be possible, but thanks to you we’ve still done vital work supporting learners through a distressing year – with prisons in lockdown for 8 months and counting.

Take a look at our new short film to see what you’ve helped us achieve in 2020.

Despite the extreme difficulties they are facing, people in prison are still working hard towards their dreams of a better life.

Now we need your help to give more people a fresh start next year.

We know from the many letters, calls and postcards we receive that studying can be a lifeline during the prison lockdown. Mark, a Creative Writing student, wrote to us from HMP Lowdham Grange.

To help give more learners like Mark hope during the long hours of lockdown, visit the Big Give website.

If you donate from 12pm today until 12pm on Tuesday 8th December your gift will be doubled, while match funding lasts.

Thank you for making sure people in prison are not forgotten this year.
